Do I need to provide supplies or equipment for my scheduled cleaning service?

No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Cleaners on the Move technicians will bring all that is needed to properly complete the service in question. The rate quoted normally includes cleaning supplies and equipment.

What method of payment is accepted and what are your payment terms?

Cleaners on the Move accepts all major credit cards, checks and e-transfers. Payment terms vary depending on the service. For additional information on our payment terms, we ask that you contact customer service at (506) 384-4434 and we will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Are your employees insured and bondable?

Yes, all employees are required to have a clear criminal background check and also be bondable prior to being hired by our company. In addition, all of our employees are covered under WHSCC as well as general liability insurance. Insurance documents can be made available upon client request.

What types of services do you provide? Do you provide commercial and residential services?

Cleaners on the Move provides a wide range of commercial and residential services. We offer regular janitorial services, regular residential cleaning, post construction/renovation cleaning, spring cleanings, move in/move out cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care, etc… Our objective is to offer a one stop shop solution to all our clients.
